Overview
Constant linear 1/2λ retardance is achieved across a broad spectral range (450–1100 nm) for linearly polarized incident light. The plate is manufactured by laminating birefringent resin films between glass substrates (optical glass or quartz), enabling fabrication of larger diameters (>30 mm) and stable broadband performance.
