Encapsulated with thermally conductive epoxy resin via vacuum potting technology, the reactor achieves IP67 protection, resisting moisture, dust, and vibration in harsh environments like steel plants or offshore wind farms.

Featuring a nanocrystalline core and low-loss Litz wire, it minimizes core loss (<50mW/cm³ @10kHz) while handling currents up to 200A RMS. Its flat impedance curve (10kHz-100kHz) ensures effective EMI suppression in motor drives, UPS systems, and solar inverters.
Operation Environment
A) Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m, shall be derating used if above 1000m;
B) Ambient Temperature: -25ºC~55ºC.
C) Relative Humidity: ≤95%;
D) As to the installation site, to make sure no bad effect on transformer insulation, chemical deposition, dust, and other explosive or erosive medium.
E) The supply voltage approximates sinusoidal wave, and the three-phase voltage is relatively balanced.
