Application and Compatibility
The RFOT is suited for smokehouses, ovens and other cooking processes up to 100 °C (212 °F), as well as refrigerators and freezers down to -20 °C (-4 °F). It is splash-resistant and can withstand wash down cycles. The RFOT is compatible with MadgeTech 4 software for start/stop/download operations and supports user-programmable critical control points (cooling flags) for compliance assistance. The RFOT is MadgeTech Cloud Services ready for remote real-time monitoring. Note: RFC wireless interface required.
