Description

Overview
The X-ray 100% measurement system is a high-precision, non-contact inline solution for continuous monitoring of cathode coatings on battery electrodes. It continuously measures surface density across the full web width, detects edge-thinning and local thin spots, and stores all measurement data for complete traceability. The patented Reechi detection specifically identifies edge/thinning areas that conventional methods often miss, enabling targeted process control and better lifetime performance of lithium-ion cells.
