Overview
Extended-stroke variant of the Makino J5 horizontal machining center family for machining large workpieces commonly used in automotive structural components, suspension systems and EV propulsion units. Offered in three layouts with rotary A-axis, rotary B-axis, or combined B-axis over A-axis. Rigid base and spindle design enable high metal removal rates suitable for production environments.

Product details
Stacked-axis configuration simplifies part loading/unloading and integration with automation such as gantry robots while minimizing floor space. The machine features a true 3-point leveling system for rapid, stable installation and reduced need for alignment maintenance. Direct-drive rotary tables accelerate indexing and improve long-term reliability.
