The PA100E fryer is the newest development to MCI continuous frying products. Has the possibility to produce various products such as: savories, hamburgers, nuggets, shrimps, fish fillet, chicken popcorn, shrimps and etc, the equipment generates more operational safety economy in manpower and high quality in the final product.

*Fresh products up to 20 gr(0,70 oz). There may be variation in production capacity up or down, depending on the texture, temperature and humidity conditions of the dough
Supply
It should be continuous supply so the temperature does not drop too much.
* When frying large products in excessive quantities, there will take a time to stabilize again
Frozen products
The production capacity of frozen products is half of the capacity of fresh products, considering 1 minute and 30 seconds of frying.

10 gr up to 120 gr (0,35 up to 4,23 oz)
Oil volume capacity
50 liters.
*Vegetable oil. Use oil or liquid fat.
Oil heating time
Approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
*Variable according to the room temperature.
Time the product keeps in the oil
The PA100E Fryer's construction allows frying time to be from 45 seconds to 4 minutes.
Cleaning the Oil
The oil must be drained daily, the valve located at the bottom of the fryer allows all the oil to be drained.
Sedment remove system
It has a sedment removal that works as a filter for the excess of dirty.
*This reduces the exposure of dirty particles to the oil, reducing oxidation and helping to keep the quality of the oil and consequently of the fried product.
