Operation at increased power (the power of the electromagnetic field can be increased or decreased depending on the needs). Application: Being installed over the conveyor belt, the electromagnetic separator is the perfect solution for removing large ferromagnetic impurities more or less magnetic materials from the material (eg. coal, stone or wood). A control cabinet is adapted to the needs of technological process and the customer's requirements. Special attention should be paid to the speed of the conveyor belt and install the separator correspondingly (transversely or longitudinally). We recommend using the separator in combination with a metal detector. In such case, the separator is activated only upon detecting the ferromagnetic contaminant, consequently reducing the used power. For the most effective and complete protection, we recommend the installation of the separator with a detector in front and behind the separator.
