New solution for vertical air transport (up flow of the material). Very robust, for heavy working conditions, but adjusted to your line. With new automatic cascade magnetic separator, you can automatically extract micron ferromagnetic particles from your products (for example from woodchips that are being transported into the silos). When air transport is not engaged, user triggers cleaning operation. Cleaning is executed in four phases as shown on the following video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iyW0jikGlug 1.Rejection flap is opened to prevent metallic parts dropping in the transport system and rejection shaft is activated. 2.Magnets are removed from the main shaft. When the magnetic plates are away, the magnetic parts fall away from shaft walls and fall inside rejection shaft. 3.Magnets are returned to main shaft. 4.Rejection flap closes rejection and opens the main shaft. When the ferromagnetic foreign bodies cross through the cascade magnetic separator, their particles are strongly retained by the magnetic field, produced by magnetic plates on the surface of the main transport shaft.
