Overview
The FAST 2 is a thin veneer cutting machine equipped with two diamond in-line blades, capable of mounting blades of different diameters on the same spindle. It is designed for continuous production and for multi-product or multi-material processing. The pusher bar enables sequential loading of pieces with different thicknesses (up to 4 ¾” / 12 cm) without prior sorting, simplifying feeding operations.

• Pusher bar allows loading pieces with varying thicknesses up to 4 ¾” (4.75 in / 12 cm) sequentially without thickness sorting.
• Available in a version with a full electronic control system or as an electro-mechanical model.
• Single slatted conveyor for both back support and feeding, eliminating the need to synchronize two belts.
• Slatted conveyor uses easily replaceable rubber inserts on the slats to handle heavy loads while maintaining high speeds.
• Possible to install blades of different diameters on the same shaft (e.g. 600–1200 mm) to reduce blade purchase costs and wear.
• Blade heads are motorised for easy height adjustment and equipped with encoders; measurements are displayed on the machine touch screen.
