Overview The Fast 3 is a thin veneer cutting machine equipped with three diamond in-line blades and the capability to mount blades of different diameters on the same spindle. It is engineered for continuous production and for producing multiple products or processing varied stone and concrete materials. Throughput capacity is approximately 30% higher than the two-blade Fast 2.

Feeding and loading A pusher bar allows the operator to load pieces with differing thicknesses up to 4 3/4" (120 mm) consecutively without preliminary thickness sorting, simplifying and accelerating loading operations.

Conveyor and mechanical advantages

• Single slatted conveyor belt used for both back support and feeding, eliminating the need to synchronize two belts.
• Easily replaceable rubber inserts fitted to the belt slats.
• Slatted design permits loading of heavy materials while maintaining high processing speeds.

Blades and measurement Blade heads are motorized for easy height adjustment and equipped with encoders; measurements are displayed on the machine touch screen for operator control.

Control and data management Integrated management system stores up to 40 recipes to save key cutting parameters per material. The system records work data which can be exported via USB for traceability and analysis.
