MECACROISSANT-Vertical: The MECACROISSANT solution with the Vertical oven is best suited for the production of baked and frozen croissants. Highly compact, it optimizes industrial performance.
MECACROISSANT-Tunnel: The MECACROISSANT solution, incorporating the M-TA Tunnel oven, allows for the production of long-shelf-life packaged croissants. The oven's high baking precision ensures the highest quality products.
