Description

Overview
The machine features a T-shape bed with a single column and a laterally suspended headstock. The workbench and slide carriage move on the transverse bed guiderail (X axis); the column is fixed to the slide carriage and moves on the longitudinal bed guiderail (Z axis); the headstock moves on the vertical column guiderail (Y axis). The CNC workbench provides 360° rotation (B axis) and the spindle/boring shaft operates in a milling shaft (W axis). X, Y and Z guideways are integral steel quenched and finished to approximately HRC60. Frontal guideways use PTFE sheet pairing and lateral guideways use roller guides to ensure low friction and stable accuracy. The workbench circular guide is a cast-iron/PTFE pair; imported thrust bearings relieve axial load. A double-worm mechanism eliminates backlash for stable motion and high positioning accuracy. Designed for heavy-duty boring, milling and machining of large workpieces.
