Description

Product information
This is the most common design of inlaid shelf grating for racking. The Z-shaped angle collar is a rolled section developed in-house, inserted between the bearing bars and welded. Optionally, an additional flange can be added to the Z-profile to provide anti‑push protection and prevent product displacement.
For orders of 500 pieces or more, the grating can be supplied in pre‑galvanized steel (S350GD) at a lower cost (for indoor use only).

Accessories / Fixing clips
  • Hook fastener — clip or disc upper part; hook made of bent round bar with welded sleeve nut; hexagon screw M8.
  • Hilti clamp — saddle top clip and lower part connected; vibration‑resistant; can be installed by one person; reduces installation time.
  • Clamp B — saddle top clip, clamp lower part, M8x60 hexagon screws and M8 square nut.
