Product information
MEISER Modul is a modular shelf grating system designed for pallet racking. By varying bearing-bar heights according to expected pallet loads, the system minimizes material where loads are low and increases support where needed, resulting in a lightweight, application‑tailored grating.

Applications
Modules are optimized for Euro pallets and half‑Euro pallets placed lengthwise or crosswise. They are suitable for uniformly distributed loads and defined load cases in industrial pallet racking and are compatible with sprinkler systems.

Advantages of the MEISER Modul

• Inserted Z‑profile allows flush or near‑flush installation (overlaying installation height max. 2 mm)
• Easy selection of load category (see table)
• Standard modular lengths for most racks (e.g. 1800 mm = 2 parts, 2700 mm = 3 parts, 3600 mm = 4 parts)
• Fast delivery for standard products (small quantities on call within 48 h; large quantities on request)
• Suitable for sprinkler systems (open cross section > 90%)
• Low deflection under load (< L/200) — in accordance with DIN EN 15635
• Low weight and cost‑efficient design
• Simple determination of maximum shelf load

Technical data
MEISER produces three grating types, each offered in six load categories. The horizontal leg of the Z‑profile is 40 mm for all types.

Application example
Example with 3 MEISER Modul gratings, 995 x 890 mm, hot‑dip galvanized, each with a max. payload of 1,000 kg. Configurations accommodate Euro pallets and half‑Euro pallets (lengthwise, crosswise or mixed arrangements).
