This ranging from a simple harness with a few wires to large complex assemblies with hundreds of wires and connections.​ Generally a wire harness is known as a organized set of wires, terminals and connectors, connecting the complete or part of a machine, engine, vehicle or other electronic device requiring signal or power.​ ​Mekoprint is your dedicated partner of wire harness from initial sample production through to volume production, with a wide rage of production process capabilities. This ranging from simple manual processes to a fully automated production process.​ Our aim is to engage with our customer in a close corporation at the early engineering stage. This to ensure the proper evaluation the choice of connector systems, wires and other components needed for the customized wiring harness, but also to ensure the design for manufacturing. ​ The early engagement can have significant impact on the final cost of the product, as Mekoprint has extensive knowledge in the wire harness design, and a large range of application tooling, process capabilities and raw materials for volume consolidation.​ At Mekoprint we are using a broad range of production applications and process equipment from well known industry brands such as Komax, Schleuniger or others.
