Packing station ASP-1000

Automatic cuber unit for packing dry concrete products on transport pallet. METALIKA designed Automatic equipment for packing concrete products is suitable for all configuration of concrete block production lines, ASP-1000 can pack concrete products from 2 boards 1200x550mm or from 1 board 1400x900mm, universal equipment for packing concrete products (blocks, pavers, curbstones, and other concrete products) with compact design – can be upgraded later and height of equipment don’t cross 3.5 meters. ASP-1000 Automatic cubing unit can work independently of the vibropress, only “dry side” of concrete block production line when you have board buffer installed in line. ASP-1000 Automatic cuber have own hydraulic power pack and PLC, connection with command room via plug in.
