METALIKA Finger Car system is end-level of automatic concrete product manufacturing equipment.
METALIKA Finger Car system is top level automation of concrete product manufacturing lines.
On request Finger Car can lift one or two pallets per level, it can have up to 15 levels (400mm distance between levels) or up to 30 levels (200mm distance between levels).
Finge Car can be with rotation or without rotation.
METALIKA Finger car system consists of the transfer car and the finger car sitting on top. It runs fully automatic; however, all functions can be operated manually.
All drives are servo-adjusted electric gear motors with mounted-on brake.
All necessary safety features like tip over safety, rotary light and horn are in place.
The transfer car (part of the Finger Car system) is composed of a frame structure. The bearing surfaces of the four wheels are hardened. For safe positioning in front of the elevator,
lowerator and each chamber, the lower car is centered by an electro-mechanical locking. The power supply of the transfer car goes through an energy track with a traveling distance of up to approximately 65 meters. Laser controls positioning.
The finger car is composed of a frame structure with the fork mast to which the forks for receiving the manufacturing pallets are fixed. Lifting and lowering of the fork mast is executed with a hydraulic cylinder which is controlled by a current regulating valve. The travel gear is equipped with a front mounted double axel. The bearing surfaces of the six wheels are hardened.
