METALIKA designed Elevators for handling boards with concrete products in automatic concrete product manufacturing line.
METALIKA RS-2 elevators transfer production boards with fresh concrete products in cassettes and remove production boards with dry concrete products from cassettes. Elevator for concrete products is designed to handle two boards 1200x550mm or one production board 1400x900mm, on customer request can be upgraded for bigger dimensions of production pallets (boards).
RS-2 elevators are perfect solution for automatic concrete block manufacturing lines with our KRS system (forklift rack system with cassettes). Maximum board size: 1400x900mm or 2x 1200x550mm Drive: Electro Maximum weight lift per pallet (board): 500kg
