System Overview
This product is an orbital TIG welding system designed to join industrial pipes with high precision.
The process is fully mechanized, and the torch rotates automatically around the pipe.
This eliminates human error and guarantees a perfect, safe, and porosity-free weld. It is the ideal machine for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor industries.

Power Source Architecture and Power
The ET-200 power supply unit utilizes an advanced microprocessor-controlled inverter.
The electrical power supply is 220VAC ±10% (110V option available).
The machinery provides an adjustable welding current from 5 to 200 Amperes.
The system offers two operating modes: direct current (DC) for high thicknesses, and pulsed mode.
Pulsed mode is essential to avoid burning thin-walled pipes and for working with materials such as stainless steel and titanium. The power source features an internal liquid cooling system.

Software and Data Traceability
The user interface is very simple. The software includes the intelligent "Auto Prog" function.
The operator only enters three parameters: the pipe's outer diameter, the wall thickness, and the welding head model.
The computer automatically calculates and sets the current, speed, and gas.
The machine's memory saves over 200 welding programs. To ensure quality control, the system has a front-mounted thermal printer that prints the parameters at the end of each weld. Additionally, a USB port allows all data to be exported.

Closed-Chamber Welding Heads
The ET-200 power source operates with several closed-chamber orbital heads. All heads use Argon gas and water cooling for continuous operation. The available models are:

Model 5H: For pipes from 6.35 mm to 12.7 mm. (Weight: 1.5 kg)

Model 10H: For pipes from 6.35 mm to 25.4 mm. (Weight: 1.8 kg)

Model EC40: For pipes from 6.35 mm to 38.1 mm. (Weight: 3.5 kg)

Model EC80: For pipes from 12.7 mm to 76.2 mm. (Weight: 5.0 kg)

Model EC120: For pipes from 19.0 mm to 114.3 mm. (Weight: 6.5 kg)

Model EC170: For pipes from 50.8 mm to 165.2 mm. (Weight: 14.0 kg)
