Description

smartFILL hot runner nozzle, screw-in type - easy installation The smartFILL hot runner nozzle, screw-in type is screwed into the hot runner and together they form one unit. This allows easy installation without height adjustment in the injection mould. The ratio of the distance between nozzles to the nozzle length must be taken into account. Less temperature loss, more applications The melt channel geometry and innovative heating technology enable you to process almost all types of plastic. Even engineering plastics with extremely high processing temperatures can be processed with the new smartFILL. Variable gate assemblies The different gate types offer the suitable selection for the respective requirements of the injection moulded part and the mould design. The position of the gate vestige remains constant so that it is easy to switch between types. Cost savings in mould procurement With the smartFILL series, screw-in type you can define a stepless nozzle length and adapt it exactly to your space requirements. Hot runner nozzle / spacer screwing set The hot runner manifold is screwed to the cavity plate with the spacer screwing set. The hot runner nozzle is screwed into the manifold and together they form a unit. This results in the following advantages: Quick and easy installation of the hot runner system No height adjustment necessary Plastic-tight seal between hot runner nozzle and manifold
