Description

MIPEX-02 [CH₄] is a digital NDIR gas sensor designed for accurate methane detection in explosive atmospheres. With power consumption under 1.5 mW and certified explosion protection, it’s ideal for portable and fixed gas detectors requiring long-term reliability and fast response. MIPEX-02 [CH₄] combines low power design with high accuracy and certified explosion protection, making it ideal for integration into portable, wireless, and stationary gas detectors. - Low power consumption: Less than 1.5 mW, enabling long-term autonomous operation. - Integrated microcontroller: Delivers linearized and temperature-compensated data via UART. - Dual-wavelength LED technology: Reduces cross-sensitivity to humidity and contamination. - Explosion-proof design: Intrinsically safe explosion protection level ia. Certified for use in explosive atmospheres according to IEC/EN 60079-0, 60079-11 and UL913 / CSA standards. - 4th Series Format: 20.3 × 16.6 mm — compatible with standard enclosures. Technical specifications MIPEX-02 [CH₄] is a compact NDIR sensor designed for reliable methane detection in explosive atmospheres.
