Description

The LAB 28S moulder is designed to mould STRING CHEESE. Respect the tradition machinery present in the market, our solution will guarantee to you : • the same weight ( Tollerance 0.2 a 0.4 gr) • the same shape and length • perfect structure and peelability • no any extrusion but moulding Entirely constructed in Aisi 304 stainless steel, it consists of a machine body and a hopper, at the base of which two augers lightly compress the pasta-filata cheese against a moulding head. The LAB 28S moulder consists of: - a thrusting section; - a feeding section; - a moulding head; - a cutting system. The weight of the product is regulated by means of the positioning of the end plate of the moulding buffers, while unloading of the product is ensured by pneumatic cylinders
