The LAB 28S moulder is designed to mould STRING CHEESE.

Entirely constructed in Aisi 304 stainless steel, it consists of a machine body and a hopper, at the base
of which two augers lightly compress the pasta-filata cheese against a moulding head.
The LAB 28S moulder consists of:
- a thrusting section;
- a feeding section;
- a moulding head;
- a cutting system.
The weight of the product is regulated by means of the positioning of the end plate of the moulding
buffers, while unloading of the product is ensured by pneumatic cylinders
