Description

The PD-3000A is a specialized cold junction compensation (0°C) thermostatic device designed for thermocouple calibration. The bath is engineered with 11 precision wells of 7.5 mm (0.30 inches) in diameter, allowing users to insert glass tubes—enabling simultaneous cold junction compensation for up to 10 thermocouples under test and 1 reference thermocouple. By incorporating MPtest's jet-stream agitation technology, the temperature variation among the 11 wells is controlled within 0.02°C, significantly reducing the uncertainty of cold junction compensation. - Operating Temperature: Antifreeze/Alcohol: 0 ℃ (32°F) at 25°C ambient - Working Area: Diameter 7.5mm (0.3"), Depth 200mm (7.9") * 11 Holes - Wetted Parts: Aluminum - Liquid Volume: Approximately 0.15 liters (0.04 gal) - Temperature Control Method: Fully digital PID control - Display Resolution: 0.001 ℃ - Set-point accuracy: ±0.01 at 0 ℃ (32°F) - Temperature Stability: ±0.005 ℃ /10min at 0 ℃ (32°F) - Inter-hole ΔT: <0.02 ℃ at 0 ℃ (32°F) - Cooling Time: 10 minutes from 25°C(77°F) to 0°C(32°F) - Stabilization Time: 5~8 minutes - Operating Voltage: 110VAC±10%, 60Hz (Customizable Technical Specifications) - Rated Power: Approximately 120W - Dimensions: 170mm (6.7") x 230mm (9.1") x 350mm (13.8") - Net Weight: Approximately 15 kg (33.1 lb)
