Compared to traditional battering machines, all parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, allowing easier and more effective sanitising in less time.
The product is transported on a bed of batter and then passes through a cascade of batter that completely covers it. At the exit, a blower removes any exceeding batter.
This machine can batter both fresh and frozen products and is ideal for producing arancini, mozzarelline, cordon bleu, fried cheese, cutlets, pasta nuggets, vegetables and battered squash blossoms.
Designed for industrial use, this machine is user-friendly, requires minimal maintenance and is easy to clean.
