The FlowSwitch FS 600 is an electrostatic flow switch for bulk solids in small pipelines. It is attached to DIN and ANSI pipelines by means of adapters without cutting and welding. The FlowSwitch FS 600 is suitable for pneumatic conveying systems and drop sections. With the FS 600, conveying or dosing problems with powders, dusts, pellets and granulates are detected at an early stage. This helps to avoid plant downtime due to clogging, material absence, idling or other problems. The FS 600 measurement is based on the electrostatic principle. Dormant particles and deposits do not influence the measurement. The ring sensor measures integrally and without contact over almost the entire pipe cross-section. The FS 600 can be equipped with a relay or an analog output for trend analysis. The FlowSwitch FS 600 has a very compact design, it is only 20 to 30 mm wide, and is prepared for installation between DIN or ANSI flanges. The sensor can usually be installed without cutting or welding the pipe. Several versions are available for pipe diameters from 10 to 100 mm.
