Product overviewThis machine uses a diamond wheel (cutter) to scribe score lines on glass. The transverse unit applies scribe lines perpendicular to the glass flow and advances the cutter at an angle synchronized with line speed, enabling in-line scribing without stopping the glass. Two cutter sets are installed so that while one cutter scribes the other returns to origin, allowing continuous short-interval cutting in the material flow.
Other implementations- Walking cut machine (moves the cutter unit in synchronization with line speed while cutting)
- Longitudinal scribing unit (applies scribe lines parallel to the process direction)
- Numerical XY-controlled scribing for stopped glass, enabling circular, curved and special-shape score patterns
Applicable work rangeThickness range supported: 0.5 mm–25 mm.
Related equipmentWe also have manufacturing experience with break-off / folding units that separate glass along scribed lines.
