HV270.65 is the largest model in the Neotecman lineup, this machine is the first to feature four punches and a 270 mm square die, equipped with a furnace capable of handling diameters up to 65 mm. This design optimizes energy consumption and enables the production of lighter parts through additional cylinders, which help reduce overall weight. Neotecman’s innovative double-structure design for the press and furnace includes an integrated robotic system for flexible billet positioning within the press. This setup supports multiple billets, symmetrical placements, varied orientations, or simultaneous processing of multiple billets. Additionally, a discharge robot enhances quality control by sorting finished parts and rejecting defective ones as needed. The machine also includes an internal die manipulator for added convenience.
