Description

Overview
The Peristaltic Pump Precision Fluid Control System (Model CSS-003) is a stepper-motor-based drive platform developed to minimize flow pulsation and deliver repeatable volumetric dosing in peristaltic pump applications. The unit combines up to 32× microstepping with sinusoidal current shaping, resonance-avoidance firmware, and multi-interface control to achieve ±1% steady-state flow accuracy across a 1–300 RPM range. Designed for OEM integration in medical, laboratory, food & beverage and industrial metering equipment.

Key Highlights
  • 32× microstepping with sinusoidal current shaping — flow ripple < 3% of rated torque
  • Resonance-avoidance speed table — automatic skip of mid-band resonance zones (typically 100–200 RPM)
  • ±1% steady-state flow accuracy (±0.5% with closed-loop encoder)
  • Multiple control interfaces: RS-485 Modbus RTU, analog 0–10 V (or 4–20 mA), pulse/direction
  • Optional closed-loop encoder — roller slip and stall detection without external sensor
  • Configurable acceleration ramps (S-curve or trapezoidal) to reduce liquid hammer and tubing fatigue
