This 3‑in‑1 room sensor measures carbon monoxide (CO), temperature and humidity. It is a connected device intended to complement an approved, certified (but non‑connected) CO detector. Designed for landlords, building maintenance teams and large installed bases. Available with several radio protocol options and supports remote monitoring and maintenance.

• Remote maintenance: real‑time alerts for faults, low battery or critical parameters to facilitate fleet upkeep.
• APIs and connectors: integrates with management software via API and dedicated connectors.

Installation & usage notes
Approved for wall mounting 30–60 cm below the ceiling to avoid measurement errors. Mounting options: wall, ceiling or free‑standing. For indoor environments only. Product designed for optimal operation up to 10 years (battery life not guaranteed; see user manual for limitations and precautions).
