How it notifies and operatesThe sensor samples ambient air every 10 minutes and uses the LED indicator to alert occupants when ventilation is recommended. CO2 thresholds (ppm) can be reconfigured locally via NFC using the Nexelec TOUCH app. Transmission modes (Historical Data or Periodic Send) are available to ensure robust data delivery to LoRaWAN gateways.
Calibration and complianceMeasurement accuracy for CO2, temperature and humidity is validated by an accredited metrology laboratory (COFRAC for combined measurements). The device performs automatic CO2 calibration every 8 days; manual calibration is possible using the front button sequence described in the product documentation. The sensor is a direct-reading device compliant with French standards for indoor CO2 measurement.
