The rectangular tube heat exchanger is a compact, fully welded thermal solution specifically developed for sludge-to-sludge heat recovery and biosolids treatment. This robust equipment is designed to operate without gaskets between the tubes, enabling the processing of aggressive or heavily loaded fluids at temperatures up to 150°C and a pressure of 8 bar.

Thanks to its modular design and hinged access panel, the GREENTUBE™ RT facilitates maintenance and high-pressure cleaning, even for fluids containing particles up to 30 mm in size. It is a major technological advancement for energy efficiency and wastewater treatment, offering maximum reliability with no risk of leaks over time.
