Description

Industry's First! (Patent no. 5578502) The function of a shock absorber is built in a speed controller. Two-stage exhausting flow rate adjustment make the same control as a cylinder with a shock absorber possible. No more cylinder mounting type shock absorber is necessary. Two-stage exhaust flow rate adjustment is realized. By using 2nd stage exhaust speed to be as cushion (brake), controlling like a shock absorber is possible. Speed control (EX1), shock absorbing (cushion) strength (EX2), and start timing of shock absorber (TIM) are separately adjustable. e.g. Keeping a same cycle time for a cylinder with a shock absorber, however the shock can be reduced to 1/9. Durability is about 3 times of a cylinder mounting type shock absorber. Durability of BJSU is more than 3 times of a normal shock absorber, which is directly mounted on a cylinder. Thus, reducing the cost and the frequency of the maintenace are possible in long-run operation.
