Three-beam four-column structure, hydraulic system adopts integrated design of cartridge valve, valve group is standardly set on the upper beam or cylinder, can achieve fixed stroke, fixed pressure two kinds of forming process, with pressure holding delay function. The hydraulic station can adjust the layout position according to user needs. Equipped with an independent PLC electrical control system, using centralized button control, can be linked with automation, optional process data acquisition industrial computer. Standard equipped with handheld safety column, manual lubricator and operation side light, optional accessories include protective net/guard door/safety pawl, etc. Special designs can be made according to process requirements. For example: double-column structure/independent round guide post/continuous multi-stage pressurization for extended periods/high-precision force or position control/worktable movement out/buffering device, etc. Applicable for stretching, bending, flanging, cold extrusion, blanking, correction, pressing, powder compaction, grinding, plastic products, insulation materials pressing and forming, etc.
