Standard configuration includes dual round guide pillars for nominal force below 500KN, and 4 round guide pillars for 1000KN and above. Equipped with an independent PLC electrical control system, featuring centralized button control, can be connected to automation, optional process data acquisition industrial computer. Standard configuration includes hand-held safety column, manual lubricator, optional light curtain/safety net/safety door/safety claw, etc. Can be specially designed according to forming process requirements. For example: ball joint connection at the front end of the cylinder/linear track guidance/adjustable square column guidance/worktable extension or 130-degree rotation/mold surface cleaning, etc. Suitable for stretching, bending, embossing, blanking, correcting, pressing, etc., of parts.
