Description

The V/VM series Vertical CNC Turning-Milling Center combines turning and milling on a vertical-bed platform for accurate, single‑clamp multi‑operation machining of small and medium parts.

Key features
  • Vertical-bed CNC machining center enabling milling, boring, drilling and tapping in one clamping.
  • Standard CNC: Mitsubishi M80A; FANUC or SIEMENS available as options.
  • Machine structure (base, tool holder carriage, worktable, column, spindle box) in high-strength resin sand casting / die-cast iron for rigidity and vibration damping.
  • Spindle options: belt transmission or direct-drive depending on model; speeds up to 12,000–15,000 rpm (model dependent); spindle interfaces BBT40/BT40 or BT50; spindle oil cooler for thermal stability.
  • THK/PMI P-grade roller guideways and C3 ball screws with imported bearings and pre-stressed structure for precision and stability.
  • Disk-type tool changer (mechanical-arm disk magazine) with up to 24 (24/30 on larger models) tool positions; roller-cam positioning and mechanical-arm feed for fast, accurate tool change.
  • Air system filters water and dust from the air source; PLC‑controlled solenoid valves for tool clamp/release, spindle blow and tool-changer door.
  • Large-flow coolant pump and tank with central spindle coolant outlet to improve accuracy and extend spindle life.
  • Chip handling: spiral-type conveyors on both table sides and chain-type conveyor on left side (model/option dependent).
  • Automatic lubrication for guideways and screws (Ishan system) with oil separator.
  • Standard electrical components: Schneider; options include Syntec driver, FANUC or SIEMENS control; electric cabinet air conditioning available.
