Overview
The T-series Vertical CNC Drilling & Tapping Center (T700 / T800 / T1000 / T1300) is a high-speed, high-rigidity machining center for precision drilling, tapping and light milling of small-to-medium workpieces used in 3C, new-energy automotive parts, precision molds and general precision machining.

Key features

• High-strength resin sand-cast iron body for base, tool carriage, table, column and spindle box to improve vibration damping and machining stability.
• Disk-type mechanical-arm tool changer with roller-cam drive and accurate positioning; optional 21-tool magazine for extended unattended operation.
• Air filtration system to remove water and dust from the air source, protecting pneumatic components.
• Large-flow coolant pump and dedicated tank for spindle and tool cooling; central outlet for effective spindle heat dissipation.
• Automatic lubrication for guideways and ball screws; oil-separator lubrication and cyclic water supply with high-pressure pump for tool cooling and chip evacuation.
• PLC-controlled solenoid valves for tool clamp/release, ATC door control and spindle air blow; Schneider electrical distribution components; CNC options Mitsubishi/FANUC/Syntec.
