Description

Overview
Built on a proven optical engine and electronics platform, AccuScan Pro is a compact single-axis laser diameter gauge for wire, cable, tube, hose and other cylindrical, flat or unique profile products. It is suitable for inline real-time diameter control or stand-alone offline measurement. The gauge measures diameters up to 100 mm (3.94 in) and can be stacked to cover larger diameters. The design provides high-accuracy measurement with low maintenance for industrial environments.

Optional & Application Notes
  • MultiScan option supports 100% online inspection of multi-strand wire and can measure up to 12 wire diameters simultaneously to detect missing or broken strands.
  • Single-scan flaw detection option for lumps and neckdowns (application-dependent).
  • Gauges can be stacked (two or more) to extend the measurable diameter range.
  • Designed for cord, rubber and plastic hose, plastic pipe and tube, rods, wire and cable, and other extruded or drawn products.
