Charmec MC 605 V(E) SD marks the start of a new era of explosives charging in underground mines. Together with state-of-the-art emulsion charging technology, Normet SmartDrive® battery-electric architecture with zero local emissions offers the most value in terms of safety, ergonomics and productivity. The MC 605 V(E) SD is designed for superiorly safe and efficient face and production charging in underground mines and tunnels with up to 65 m2 cross sections and a maximum face height of 8.8 meters. The machine is equipped with a FOPS/ROPS cabin and several safety features as standard. It also features dedicated storage solutions for stick powder boxes, primers and detonators, eliminating the need for an additional explosive service vehicle. The MC 605 V(E) SD is available both with the Normet ECM emulsion charging module and as a carrier for an external emulsion kit.
