Description

Overview
Charmec Revo LF 600 V(E) is a remote emulsion charger designed for underground hard‑rock development charging. It allows operators to perform charging operations from a safe distance in tunnels and mines ranging from 4 x 4 m to 6 x 6 m. The machine is built on a robust mining carrier and includes a FOPS/ROPS cabin and multiple standard safety systems.

Key specification
  • Remote emulsion charger
  • Carrying capacity: Supports up to a 4 ANE‑tonne external emulsion kit (max weight 6 t)
  • Maximum vertical reach: 6 m
  • Tramming height: 2.9 m

Features
Safety
  • Removes operator from unsupported development face
  • FOPS/ROPS approved cabin
  • Improved visibility with maximized window area and heated wide‑angle mirrors
  • Cabin door interlock switches with safety brake application as standard
  • Optional reversing camera system for enhanced rear visibility
  • SAHR fail‑safe safety brakes and engine brake
  • Brake testing possible from the cabin
  • Reduced fire risk as emulsion load is positioned away from engine end

Sustainability
  • Available with low‑emission Stage V engine technology

Ergonomics and operator environment
  • Eliminates manual explosives charging tasks
  • Normet cabin designed for ergonomics and operator safety
  • Advanced front axle suspension for improved driving comfort
  • Optional heated mirrors, air conditioning and cabin heating
  • Air‑suspended T‑back driver’s seat with 3‑point seat belt
  • Multifunctional display providing key driving information

Productivity and efficiency
  • Space for an external emulsion kit at the machine centre
  • Ultra‑fast, accurate servo‑robotic arm integrated to the mining carrier
  • Compact dimensions for agile transits in development headings
  • High load capacity reduces trips to the explosives warehouse
  • Optional on‑board compressor
  • Hydraulic rear support legs and optional hydraulic front support legs
