Product overview
The HydroBoat 1500 is an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) designed for high-resolution bathymetric and hydrographic surveys in lakes, rivers and reservoirs. Its carbon-fiber trimaran hull with rubber bumper and IP67 protection offers field-proven resistance up to wind force 4 and wave level 3 while providing a stable platform for hydrographic sensors.

Navigation and positioning
Equipped with a high-precision GNSS receiver and a 200 Hz IMU, the HydroBoat 1500 delivers reliable positioning and heading information even during temporary satellite signal blockage. Four lateral brushless thrusters provide precise, rudderless steering and excellent manoeuvrability for survey lines and tight manoeuvres.

Safety and control
Safety systems include a 360° omnidirectional camera, millimeter-wave radar for anti-collision detection and a double-layer anti-sink hull design. The vessel is controlled via the SLHydro USV Android software with dual-channel 4G + 2.4G communications to support both local and beyond-line-of-sight operations.

Payload capacity
Maximum payload capacity is 60 kg with a through-hull mounting option compatible with common hydrographic sensors: HydroBeam M4 multibeam echosounder, integrated single-beam echosounder (SBES), side-scan sonar, ADCP, Norbit iWBMS, Ping DSP and similar instruments.
