Heavy duty naval grease, sea water resistant DESCRIPTION NYCO GREASE GN 155 is a NLGI 2 grease based on mineral oil thickened by a high performance calcium sulphonate complex. Its typical operating temperature range is from -25°C to +180°C. APPLICATIONS NYCO GREASE GN 155 is a multi-purpose grease for naval vessels: lubrication of bearings, ropes, pins and joints exposed to sea-water wash-out, dust, temperature and heavy loads – including components fully immersed in sea-water. It exhibits a unique combination of high load-carrying capacity and water resistance due to its calcium sulphonate complex thickener.
