Description
The Helix 523 is a fanless industrial computer engineered for demanding edge deployments that require flexible I/O and modular expansion. It combines Intel® Core™ Ultra processing with two front-accessible ModBay slots to support a wide range of connectivity options and application-specific modules.

Intel Core Ultra Performance
The Helix 523 is available with Intel Core Ultra processors (Series 1; Series 2 planned) optimized for edge AI workloads. The platform supports up to 96 GB DDR5 (5600 MT/s), M.2 storage (PCIe Gen4 and SATA), and optional Intel vPro-capable configurations for remote management and AMT features.

Engineered for industrial environments
With a fanless thermal design and compact low-profile chassis, the Helix 523 supports DIN, wall, VESA and rack mounting for space-constrained installations. The system meets industry EMC and safety standards and is certified for use in industrial, medical, in-vehicle, rail and maritime contexts. Operating temperature: 0 to 50°C.

Unrivaled I/O flexibility with ModBay
Two front ModBay slots provide modular connectivity: add 10 GbE, PoE-enabled RJ45, M12 LAN/PoE, COM ports, CAN, DIO or USB expansion depending on application. Front panel includes 4x 2.5 GbE, 6x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type A and 2x Thunderbolt 4; side/rear panels provide DisplayPort outputs and additional COM/CAN/DIO options.
