Overview
The PAYAPRESS HBC-E series is an economic busbar processing machine family for accurate bending, cutting and punching of copper and aluminum busbars. Designed for switchgear panel fabrication and industrial workshops, the E series balances practical functionality and investment cost while processing busbars up to 120 × 12 mm. Available types include EA models (three independent hydraulic power packs for simultaneous station operation) and EB models (single power pack for sequential one-by-one processing).

How it works
EA models: three independent hydraulic power packs enable concurrent operation of bending, cutting and punching stations to increase throughput. EB models: a single hydraulic power pack drives bending, cutting and punching stations sequentially, providing a lower-investment configuration suited to standard production flows. Both types include electronic bending control and a laser pointer for bending alignment; optional bending molds are available.
