Detailed description
The MTL802OIL is a single-phase industrial vacuum designed for the recovery and removal of contaminated liquids, cutting oils and metal chips. Suited to machine shops and mechanical production areas, it cleans work zones quickly while enabling fluid recovery for reuse.

With a power of 2.3 kW, a maximum vacuum of 2 500 mmH₂O and an air flow of 360 m³/h, the MTL802OIL delivers continuous high suction performance capable of handling viscous or heavily contaminated liquids. The unit features a 50 L liquid tank and a 30 L solids tank with an integrated separation basket for straightforward residue management.

Compact in its footprint (53 x 59 x 106 cm) and weighing 40 kg, the MTL802OIL is easy to move around the workshop thanks to an ergonomic push handle and oil-resistant multidirectional castors. A drain hose enables rapid emptying of liquids without disassembly.

For safety, the unit is fitted with a mechanical float that stops suction when the tank reaches maximum level to protect the motor. Filtration is provided by a 300 µm polypropylene filter engineered to withstand oil mist.
