Overview
The iTest 2-parameter tester performs in-process measurement of capsule/tablet weight and length and integrates with the polisher HMI to enable global reporting and audit trails.

Product description
The IPC (In Process Control) iTest integrates precision weighing, length and thickness measurement into a compact module for automatic sampling and feedback to capsule fillers. It supports automated sampling, alarm generation when specifications are violated, and automatic batch quality reporting. Available in Dust-Tight (DT) and Containment (C ≤ OEB4) versions. All pharmacopoeia methods and acceptance criteria are provided in the product documentation.
