Overview
The iTest – 4 parameters IPC tester is a new generation of automatic tablet testing system for integrated process control (IPC). Intended for use as a stand-alone equipment with its own HMI or in combination with an upward conveying tablet deduster, the module offers precise analysis capabilities for tablet weight, thickness, hardness and length/diameter.

Description
This tablet testing unit is engineered to maintain strict separation between dust, fragments and the production flow, making it suitable for continuous manufacturing lines. Tablets are sampled directly from the press and transported by vacuum through a flexible hose to the tester, where each parameter is measured according to pre-programmed recipes. The design emphasizes easy cleaning and safe maintenance, with full separation of the product zone from mechanical and electrical components. All product-contact parts are fully accessible and tool-free to disassemble to streamline service and ensure hygienic conditions. The system is available with containment up to OEB4.
