Description

Overview
The LD600 linear actuator is a heavy-duty electromechanical actuator for indoor and outdoor industrial applications. It delivers up to 6000 N push and 4000 N pull, with a maximum stroke of 600 mm. Both end positions are infinitely adjustable on-site via a patented mechanical adjustment unit for straightforward commissioning.

Construction and protection
Die-cast aluminium housing, anodized aluminium profile tube and stainless steel lift tube provide high corrosion resistance. Rated IP69K (static) for suitability in outdoor environments and equipment requiring high-pressure or steam cleaning.

Control and options
Integrated adjustable limit switches allow precise end-positioning. Simple polarity connections ease installation. Optional features: position feedback (potentiometer analog measurement), end position signal, multiple cable lengths (1.5 m, 3 m, 5 m), emergency manual actuation, special strokes and special installation dimensions (adjustable ex works or by customer). Available for 12 VDC or 24 VDC supply.

Performance
Max push force: 6000 N; max pull force: 4000 N; max speed: 19 mm/s; duty cycle: 10% / 20 min; installation dimension (B): stroke + 200 mm (min. 300 mm).
