The ES/RV variator uses a system based on two mono expanding pulleys, designed for plants or machinery with a fixed center distance between the motor shaft and the driven shaft. This system offers continuous speed adjustment, ensuring precision and efficiency in power transmission. The standard configuration includes a driving pulley (type R, with bearing, or type RV, with manual adjustment control) and a driven pulley (type ES, equipped with a spring). By operating the adjustment control on the driving pulley, it is possible to vary the rotation speed of the driven pulley, achieving reliable and smooth control. The ES/RV series stands out for its wide range of output speeds and high transmission efficiency, representing an ideal solution for various industrial applications. For specific needs, customized options are available, such as hydraulic controls, motorized servocontrols, interfaces for pneumatic cylinders or chain sprockets, ideal for remote adjustment.
