The BES series variators operate on the same principle as the ES/RV variators but stand out for their compact design and full interchangeability with major competitor models. Another distinctive feature is the use of high-strength aluminum alloy flanges, ensuring both lightness and durability — making this series ideal for demanding industrial applications. The variator assembly consists of an adjustable driving pulley (model BE/R with bearing or BE/V with manual adjustment control) and a spring-loaded driven pulley BE/S.
