Description

After pasteurization, milk is pumped to cheese vats where rennet and /or ferments are added and the cheese making begins. Size and shape of the vat as well as kind of agitation and heating is customized on the desired cheese. When curd is ready, it can be discharged or pumped into collection vats, pre-pressing vats; cheese forming machines or pasta filata lines.
